You can request the deletion of personal information and data associated with Connectstream Innovation Lab LLC services.

To begin, send an email to our support team with the subject line:
Include the following information so we can locate and verify your account:
- Full name
- Email address associated with the account
- Phone number associated with the account, if applicable
- ConnectStream service or business account
- Description of the data you want deleted
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
After we receive your request
Connectstream Innovation Lab LLC will carefully review your request and keep you informed throughout the process.

Delete eligible data
We remove eligible information in accordance with our policies and legal obligations.

We inform you when the deletion process has been completed.
Some information may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legitimate business requirements.
WhatsApp data
When ConnectStream services are used to process WhatsApp communications, some information may also be controlled by the relevant business using the WhatsApp service. You may need to contact that business directly for data controlled by them.
